Created by Tamar, a licensed esthetician and former Brazilian wax specialist who saw firsthand how frustrating ingrowns and dark spots can be. After years treating clients in the wax room, she made a simple solution you could use at home.

Yes. BBL Serum is formulated and tested for all skin tones including deeper skin tones that are more prone to hyperpigmentation. The ingredients are chosen specifically to be effective without causing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Yes to both. BBL Serum is cruelty-free and vegan. We don't use any animal-derived ingredients and never test on animals.
Yes. Check the bottom of your bottle for the expiration date. Once opened, use within 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Clean and dry the area completely. Damp skin dilutes the active ingredients.
Apply a small amount (pea-sized) to the bikini line or target area. A little goes a long way.
Gently massage in until absorbed. Do not rinse off.
Use every night. Start 3–4 nights per week if you have sensitive skin and build up.

Apply at night on clean, dry skin as the last step in your routine for that area. In the morning, apply SPF to any treated areas exposed to sunlight — kojic acid and salicylic acid increase photosensitivity.
Yes — but wait 24–48 hours first. Once the initial sensitivity passes, applying BBL Serum nightly is one of the best ways to prevent ingrowns and irritation from forming.
No. Apply only to clean, completely dry skin. Damp skin dilutes the active ingredients and reduces effectiveness.
We don't recommend layering with other BHAs, AHAs, or retinol on the same night. BBL Serum already contains salicylic acid — adding more can over-sensitize the skin. Alternate nights if you use other actives.
Yes. After the serum absorbs (5–10 minutes), you can apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer if needed.
Discoloration takes longer than ingrowns — expect 8–12 weeks. Hormonal pigmentation, PCOS-related pigmentation, and friction-related pigmentation can take even longer. Older or deeper pigmentation takes more time than newer, surface-level discoloration. This is not a product limitation.
No. BBL Serum does not bleach or strip skin. It uses melanin-inhibiting ingredients that slow excess pigment production and help fade existing dark spots gradually — the same way brightening serums work on the face.
Yes — it's fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and hypoallergenic. Every ingredient is screened for potential irritants. If you have very reactive skin, patch test for 48 hours before full application.
Stop immediately if you experience redness, itching, or burning. Rinse with cool water and let skin recover. When fully healed, restart at a lower frequency. If irritation persists, discontinue entirely and consult a professional.

BBL Serum is formulated for the bikini line and body, not the face. Facial skin has different needs and sensitivities. We recommend using a product specifically designed for facial skin.

Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
We accept returns for defective or damaged items only. Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective. Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged order.
