Why does my package say 'Feel Like Sunday' instead of The Bikini Line Co.?
You got one of our very first 5,000 bottles — thank you! When we first started, our brand name was Feel Like Sunday. Before launch, we decided to focus 100% on bikini line care and rebranded to The Bikini Line Co. The product inside is exactly the same BBL Serum, made in the same lab with the same formula. Only the label is different.
How soon after hair removal can I use BBL Serum?
We recommend waiting 48 hours after waxing, shaving, sugaring, or any other hair removal before applying BBL Serum. This gives your skin time to recover and lowers the risk of irritation.
Do I need to use SPF if I’m using this on areas that get sun exposure?
Yes — and it’s very important. Ingredients like kojic acid and salicylic acid can make your skin more sensitive to the sun. If the treated area will be exposed, always apply SPF to protect your skin and prevent discoloration from returning.
Will this completely remove ingrown hairs and discoloration?
Every skin type is different, so results vary. Many people see a visible difference in 2–3 weeks when used daily, especially for ingrowns. Discoloration (hyperpigmentation) often takes longer and benefits from consistent use, SPF protection, and gentle exfoliation.
Where can I use BBL Serum?
BBL Serum was designed for the bikini line, but it’s safe to use on other external areas of the body where you have similar concerns (like underarms or inner thighs). Avoid internal use or mucous membranes.
How should I use it for best results?
- Wait 48 hours after hair removal.
- Apply 1-2 pumps to clean, dry skin at night.
- Use daily.
- Gently exfoliate the area 2–3 times per week with a physical exfoliant (like a soft scrub or exfoliating cloth).
- Apply SPF during the day to any treated skin that will see the sun.
Is it safe for sensitive skin or conditions like eczema or psoriasis?
Everyone’s skin reacts differently, especially with active ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or any skin condition, patch test first. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult your dermatologist.
Can I use this while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend checking with your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, just to be safe.
Is BBL Serum vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — our formula is vegan, cruelty-free, and made without synthetic fragrance. We also use safe, gentle preservatives instead of harsher options used in many skincare products.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.
What’s your return/refund policy?
Because BBL Serum is a personal care item, we can’t accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
