Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from The Bikini Line Co. are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
4. Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
5. International Shipping
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
6. Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as "delivered" in the carrier’s tracking system. Please contact the carrier directly if your package is missing after delivery.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@thebikiniline.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and product. We will review your claim and provide next steps.
